My passion for photography came from an unconventional path.

I worked for many years in fashion retail before even picking up a camera. That background shaped how I see, read and understand an atmosphere, sense an energy and observe the small details.

As my love for the craft developed, it was studying photojournalism that gave me the technical discipline.

I learned to watch, wait and capture a moment as it truly unfolds.

Having a commercial eye trained in both fashion and retail, sharpened with a documentary instinct is what I bring to client work.

I have shot campaigns for Qantas, McDonalds and have collaborated with artists across the music industry to build visual identities and aesthetic direction for their work.

Whether it is a global brand or an emerging artist my approach is always the same, as I work sincerely to understand the tone and to capture the images that live within the brief in an authentic and genuine way.

Currently based in Sydney, Australia I work across advertising, editorial and personal documentary projects.
